The Help menu can be found in the lower left-hand corner of your browser window.
There are 5 options in the menu:
Chat with us - opens our Support widget in the bottom right corner of your screen
Feature ideas - brings you to the Feature Ideas page, where you can review/upvote existing feature ideas, as well as submit your own
Knowledge base - brings you to the Help Center
Email us - quick link to email [email protected]
Status - brings you to our Status page, where you can see the status of our app
Chat with us
Click Help in the bottom-left of your browser window.
Click Chat with us at the top of the menu that opens.
Click Send us a message in the Help Center widget.
Click through the appropriate prompts to help us collect basic info.
Then you'll be able describe the issue you need help with.
Once you send your initial message, you'll be able to attach files (screenshots, screen recordings, etc.) using the little paperclip icon or by simply dragging and dropping the file into the chat window.
You'll also get a notification letting you know you'll get replies in the in-app chat as well as in your email -- you can reply to either one, whatever is easier for you.

Upvote existing feature ideas (click on any existing card)
Submit your own feature idea (click the "+Submit idea" button, top right)
Opens an email to [email protected] in your default email client.
