Does buying through Vendr impact my relationship with the supplier?

Buying through Vendr does not affect your support and service relationship. Once the transaction is complete, your support and service relationship with the SaaS supplier remains unchanged. You will continue to receive support, updates, and services directly from the SaaS provider according to the terms outlined in your contract.
