Overview
Vendr's Procurement Efficiency Reporting allows you to measure the effectiveness of your procurement workflows over any time period so you can improve the efficiency of your procurement process.

To access Procurement Efficiency Reporting:
Log in to your Vendr account.
Click on Reporting in the left-hand menu.
Click on Procurement efficiency in the top navigation.
1. Understanding Report Metrics
Procurement Efficiency Reporting provides various metrics to help you understand and optimize your procurement workflows. Key metrics include:
Requests submitted over time: The number of workflows completed within a specified timeframe, shown as a total count and a line graph over that time period.
Median time to complete a request: Median time taken to complete workflows within a specified timeframe, shown overall and a line graph over that time period.
Median time to complete a step: The median time spent on each step of the workflow, broken down by step per workflow template. Hover over each step in the graph to see a breakdown of which steps take the longest to complete, who they're assigned to, and if they're exceeding the set SLA.
2. Customizing Reports
To customize your reporting data:
Adjust Filters: Apply relevant filters to see data broken down by timeframe, workflow template(s), and request categories. Use these filters to see how each template is performing over time. By default, only your published templates are shown.
Export Data: Click on the download button to download all raw data within the report in a CSV. Use it to manipulate data in other tools and share with your team.
