Why would I archive an Agreement?

The agreement may have been created in error, or it may be for the wrong supplier or product and is no longer needed, or the preceding request may have been completed prematurely.

How to archive an Agreement

  1. Log in to Vendr

  2. Click Agreements on the left sidebar

  3. Find and click on the Agreement id number (i.e. C-042) for the agreement you would like to archive

  4. Click the Three Dots icon on the top right hand side of the screen

  5. Click Archive
