Vendr's all new renewal calendar is a simple, and easy to use way to manage your organization's renewals. This article covers how to use it.

Finding the Renewal Calendar

  1. From the left side bar, click Renewals

  2. On the top right corner of the renewals page click Calendar if it is not already visible.

Adding Renewals to Your Calendar

Any Contracts that have already been added to your Agreements page will automatically show up on you renewal calendar on the contract end date or renewal deadline.

  1. Click on the date that a particular contract will renew

  2. Fill out the fields as needed

  3. If need be, click More options. This will open up the full contract editing page

  4. Click Add Contract

That's it! Your renewal has been added to the calendar and your contract has been added to the Agreements page.

To add additional visual flair to your calendar page, click Add stickers on the top right corner of the calendar. Click the sticker of your choice and then click where you would like to place the sticker. You can remove a sticker by clicking the x that is visible when you move the cursor over the sticker.

You can edit a contract or start a renewal from the renewal calendar by clicking on the relevant contract and clicking the Edit or Start renewal buttons.
